P: CSCI 3550. Animation development, multi-layer technologies, haptic displays, spatial issues in gaming and 3D immersion technology, terrain and special effects.

Course summary

This is a second-level course in game development. The purpose of the course is to expose students to advanced game development concepts and topics, including artificial intelligence, sound effects, and particle effects.

Grading

Grading will be based on two tests, a final exam, and assignments. The tests count 30%, the final exam 20%, and assignments 50%.
