The standard syllabus for CSCI 2405 is found in file public/academic/courses/(acyr)/csci2405/syllabus.html, where (acyr) is an academic year. To edit the syllabus, get that file, make the changes and put the new file where the old one was.
File and directory names are case-sensitive. Use csci2405, not CSCI2405. Call the syllabus syllabus.html. Don't invent a different name. Call it syllabus.html. The software requires that.
Only change the syllabus for the academic year for which the change applies. Leave prior academic years untouched.
You do not need to run the software when you install a new syllabus for an existing course.
